TREATMENT FEES - £34
Payment by debit /credit card, cheque or cash.
Treatment fees are approved by all major health insurance companies including BUPA, AXA-PPP, HSA, Norwich Union etc.
MISSED APPOINTMENTS
24 hours notice is required for cancellation of appointments or a £33 cancellation fee may be charged.
HOME VISITS
Home visits may be available if you are unable to attend the clinic for treatment.
A call out fee will be charged.
PARKING
Parking is available at Studio House; on Delamare Road, Cadmore Lane and adjacent roads.
